Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Items that are final sale, promotional, or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and further instructions.
3. Return the Item: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect).
4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
International Sales Return Policy
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased from outside the country. This includes situations such as, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing issues.
